United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 14-04 (Prince's Bay)

Welcome to the website of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 14-04. We are a proud member of the Coast Guard Team. Our Flotilla serves the Staten Island area by providing vessel safety checks, and assisting the U.S. Coast Guard in non-law enforcement programs such as safety patrols, search and rescue, and marine environmental protection.

Our boating operations for 2009 have come to an end. We have two new facilities which bring us to a flotilla total of eight. Three Crew members have completed their three year currency maintenance check and we have one new Coxswain. It was an exciting season for the many 14-04 members who took to the waters. Our PWC patrols included clear channel assignments and training of new PWC Operators. We have one new PWC Operator to add to our ranks. Upcoming events include the 2009 Leadership Conference on the weekend of Dec. 19, 20, and 21 in Mystic CT. Flotilla 14-04 Holiday Awards Dinner to be held on December 12th We are collecting bottles for our Holiday Baskets to be auctioned off at the Awards Dinner. Please bring bottles to the Nov. 10th Flotilla Meeting, or the Dec. 1st Division Meeting. We are collecting toys for the Toys for Tots Program. Please bring new unwrapped toys to the Nov. 10th Flotilla Meeting, or the Dec. 1st Division Meeting. I wish to thank all members who have participated in the success of our 2009 events!
